We understand that plans can change! You’re welcome to make adjustments to your booking, such as changing the date, time, or service details. Please contact us as soon as possible to request changes. All modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees, depending on the nature of the request and our contractual policies.

We do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances in accordance with our policies and procedures. You have the option to reschedule free of charge within 12 months of the original booking date. Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out to us directly, and we’ll assist you as best as we can.

For the best availability, we recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance, especially for popular services or peak event seasons. Last-minute bookings may be possible, so feel free to reach out if your event is coming up soon, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Our DJ service includes top-quality equipment, a high-end sound system, and
professional DJs who can cater to all music genres, ensuring the ultimate party experience.

Yes! Our DJs are happy to play specific genres or songs based on your preferences and remain flexible throughout the event.

The LED dance floor is designed for heavy foot traffic and is best suited for flat-soled shoes.

Our high-quality wireless headphones come with:
 Bluetooth connectivity
 A transmitter with a power cable and aux cable (phone-specific adapters
available upon request)
 A microphone jack
 A low-power mode that allows signal reception up to 100m in an open area
 An 8-9 hour battery life on a full charge

You can connect your music playback device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, microphone, or DJ equipment) to the transmitter using the provided audio cable or via Bluetooth.

Yes, we require access to a power source for setup. We provide extension cables and need at least one accessible power outlet near the setup area.

The inflatable nightclub has exterior measurements of 5m x 7m. We require a setup area of at least 6m x 9m.

This is handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the booking specifications. Regarding the inflatable club, yes you may bring your own drinks but for the venue it will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. There is a bar at our venue with staff and drinks menu (alcohol and non-alcohol).

Venue hire is allocated by the hour and is managed on a case-by-case basis. Please discuss the duration during the booking and inquiry process.
